THE STUTTGART OFFICE MARKET 2010 / 2011

The rental volume in 2010 exceeded all our expectations. New leases were signed for 194,000 square metres, a gain of 14 percent over the previous year. The only year with a better turnover was 1999. Thus, after a period of ups and downs, conditions look better than ever for a positive future.
